Terms of order. Minimum order

We have no minimum restrictions on the number and amount of the order, however, given the cost of delivery, we advise you to rationally group your orders.

Prices

The prices on the website are indicated taking into account (VAT amount).

How to place an order

Select the desired product in the “e-shop” or using the search.

Read the description of the product and its specifications. If in doubt, choose a question via the website or contact the manager: (e- mail shop@bronzsocha.cz,  phone number – + 420 773 182 163)

Add the required quantity of goods to the cart.

To place an order fill out the proposed fields. Verify that the specified data is correct. If necessary, leave a comment to the order.

Ordering information will be automatically sent to your specified email address. If you have not received confirmation, then the order was placed incorrectly. Carefully provide your email address!

Pick up a paid item

 You can arrange, pay and receive the goods in our office at: (office address – Vega Line s.r.o   Magístrů 1544/14  Praha 4  Michle  14000 Czech Republic)

Please note that viewing and purchasing goods in the office of an online store is possible only by prior arrangement by phone

Mode of operation: from Monday to Thursday from on  10:00 -16:30, on Friday 10:00 – 15:30.

Upon receipt of the goods, the representative of the company must present an identity document, power of attorney or company stamp.
